My story
For over 19 years, I have been a community activist, focused on uplifting youth and strengthening our cultural roots. I also spent 20 years working as a taxi driver, serving families across the city and understanding the financial responsibilities many households carry.
In 2021, during COVID, a close friend asked me about my retirement plan. After 25 years in Canada, I realized I did not have a structured long term strategy in place. That same year, my wife was diagnosed with cancer.
Sitting in the hospital, I began thinking about how quickly life can change and whether my family would have been fully protected if this had happened earlier. It forced me to confront a reality many families face.
Hard work alone does not create financial security.
That realization led me into financial services.
Today, I help families build clear financial structures that protect income, safeguard assets, and prepare for the future with intention.
My approach is practical and disciplined, rooted in lived experience.
